Credentialing Criteria
Today’s health care delivery system is flooded with service providers.  The average person is quickly confused by the maze of choices available and uncertain of what to look, or even, ask for.  This leaves customers asking the most basic but pertinent questions:
  • Who can I trust?
  • Will they be reliable?
  • Can I afford it?
  • What services are available?
  • Will the services address my needs?
Care Solutions Group (CSG) removes this guess work by coordinating care through our Credentialed Provider Network.  Our credentialing process enables CSG to carefully screen providers and offer our customers with the exceptional standards of care they  demand.
Our credentialing process includes two phases.  With Phase I, we ask each prospective partner to commit to program-specific criteria required for participation including an unwavering commitment to adhere to CSG’s communication guidelines, the willingness to share data and the capability to provide state and national coverage including coverage of underserved areas.
With Phase II, we complete a comprehensive company-specific review.  Phase II includes but is not limited to a compliance review, accreditation and license verification, background checks and financial soundness.
Once accepted to our Credentialed Provider Group, CSG conducts annual “stress tests” to ensure that selected providers possess the capabilities to address the service needs of CSG’s clients.
