In response to the COVID19 pandemic, Premier Physicians Care, an affiliate of Care Solutions Group, launched its Telehealth Program across its entire practice. Telehealth was offered 24/7 to the residents of a chain of senior living communities. Premier measured the success of the program throughout 2020 and 2021. The outcomes data demonstrated that 10% of telehealth encounters prevented a visit to the Emergency Room and/or an admission to the hospital.
